Pumps LCP 4000

Well-tried LCP 4000 series of double-acting pulseless pumps include:

LCP 4000.11 Analytical Pump

LCP 4000.11 is a double-acting pulseless pump with flow-rates ranging from 0.01 to 9.9 ml/min.

Instantaneous pressure is displayed at a numerical display.

A maximum operation pressure of 35 MPa.

The pump is equipped with electronic fuses which stop the flow when preset either maximum or minimum operating pressure limits are exceeded.

When necessary it is possible to use back rinse of pistons (e.g. after using buffered mobile phases). Sapphire valves in a PEEK housing facilitate cleaning.

LCP 4000.1 - Specification:

Ordering No. 0026

LCP 4000.2 Preparative Pump

is a more powerful modification of a LCP 4000.11 pump for preparative applications; flow-rate range is extended to 1 - 99 ml/min, a maximum operating pressure of 15 MPa.

LCP 4000.2 - Specification:

Ordering No. 0030

LCP 4000.4 Analytical Pump, non-metal

is designed for analyses where non-metal environment is required. It is a non-metal modification of a LCP 4000.11 pump. The materials used are PTFE, VESPEL and PEEK. A maximum pressure is limited to 20 MPa.

LCP 4000.4 - Specification:

Ordering No. 0040

GP 5 Gradient Programmer

Gradient Programmer GP 5 in combination with a LCP 4000.11 analytical pump and its analytical modifications, is designed to form a low pressure gradient (up to ternary) prior to solvents enter a pump.

The Gradient Programmer may be controlled either automatically by means of a preset programme or manually from the keyboard.

The individual programmes may be stored in a memory and the start initiated either from keyboard or with a switch on an injection valve.

GP 5 - Specification:

Ordering No. 5001a

Pumps LCP 4100

A new pumps resulting from well-tried LCP 4000 series of double-acting pulseless pumps with a flow rate 0.01 - 10 ml/min and pressure limit of 35 MPa. Pumps are built-in a new case and they are controled by proccesor.

LCP 4100 series of double-acting pulseless pumps include:

LCP 4100.2 Gradient Pump

LCP 4100.2 is a processor type double-acting pulseless pump making possible to form up to ternary low pressure gradients of mobile phases while maintaining the flow-rate constant.

The programmes controlling the changes in gradient composition during analysis may be stored in a memory.

While in an isocratic mode, it is possible to change flow-rate in steps during an analysis using a programme from 0.01 to 9.99 ml/min. A maximum operating pressure is 35 MPa. The start may be initiated either from keyboard or with a switch on an injection valve.

LCP 4100.2 - Specification:

Ordering No. 0070

LCP 4100.1 Isocratic Pump

is a version of a LCP 4100.2 pump without a gradient feature. It can be operated both at constant flow-rate and pressure. It is possible to change flow-rate (or pressure) in steps during an analysis by a programme. The individual programmes may be stored in a memory. The pump may be up-dated to a LCP 4100.2 gradient pump.

LCP 4100.1 - Specification:

Ordering No. 0060

LCP 4100.3 Gradient Pump

LCP 4100.3 is a non-metal version of a proccesor type double-acting pulseless pump model LCP 4100.2, enabling to from up to ternary low pressure gradient of mobile phases while keeping the flow rate constant.

Programmes controlling the changes in gradient composition during an analysis may be stored in the memory.

When in the isocratics modes it is possible to change flow-rate in the steps during the analysis 0.01 - 9.99 ml/min. A maximum operating pressure is 20 MPa. The start may be initiated either from the keypad or using a switch located on an injection valve.

LCP 4100.3 - Specification:

Ordering No. 0071
