For sampling a range of free flowing dry products at various levels. The inner rod has pockets cut into it which correspond with holes of the same dimensions on the outer barrel. When the pockets in the inner rod match up with the outer barrel holes the pockets are open and the product will enter the sampler. The sampler is similar to the "Multipro" sector probe, but the outside barrel is made of 316 stainless steel and the inside rod is in Teflon PTFE.

Applications - Granules (note - this sampler is not acceptable for fine or gritty materials; this causes jamming of the core in the barrel).

Sites of use - Pharmaceutical, food and feed industries.

Construction - The outside barrel is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The inside rod is made of Teflon PTFE.

Method of use - The sampler is inserted into the product with the pockets closed. The pockets then are opened by turning the handles 180 degrees. Product will now enter the pockets, When the pockets are full, turn the handle another 180 degrees to close. The samples are now locked inside the outer barrel. To deposit the sample put the sampler into a receiving container and turn the handle 180 degrees to open the pockets.
