Construction - Outside barrel is made in AISI 316 stainless steel.  

Method of use - The probe enters into the bag and is pulled out with sample ready to be poured out of the hollow handle. A bag or a container may be positioned over the handle for sample collection.  The hole on the side of the bag can be then closed with adhesive tape or with the appropriate label.
