Method of use -  The "Surgel" probe is fixed to an electric drill. The drill is activated and then pushed against the frozen surface to be sampled. The sample is made easy by the counter clockwise rotation of the drill. The "carrot" is extracted from the probe with a rod and pushed into the sampling container. All these operations are aseptically performed in case of microbiological analysis.
