Marketing Asset Usage Terms

1. Copyright and Ownership

 All group and product logos and related marketing materials are the exclusive property of AnalytiChem Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

2. Scope of Use

The use of any AnalytiChem’s company, subsidiary and/or product brand logos, names and marketing materials is limited to the purposes explicitly authorized by AnalytiChem Holding GmbH. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and partnership initiatives that have received prior approval from AnalytiChem Holding GmbH.

3. Approval of Use

Any marketing materials, advertisements, or other promotional content that incorporate AnalytiChem’s company, subsidiary- and/or product brand logo’s, product names or materials must be submitted to AnalytiChem Holding GmbH for review and receive written approval before they are published or distributed. Unauthorized use of the logo or materials without such approval is prohibited.

4. Prohibition on Alteration and Combination

The AnalytiChem’s company, subsidiary- and product brand logo’s, product names must not be altered in any way, including changes to color, proportions, or design elements. Additionally, the logo must not be combined with other logos or graphics without prior written consent from AnalytiChem marketing department.

5. Prohibited Uses

The AnalytiChem’s company, subsidiary- and product brand logos, product names and marketing materials must not be used for any illegal, defamatory, or misleading purposes. Furthermore, these materials must not be used in any manner that could potentially harm the reputation or image of the AnalytiChem Group. Any usage that does not adhere to these guidelines will be considered a violation of these terms and conditions.

By using AnalytiChem’s company, subsidiary- and product brand logo’s, product names and marketing materials, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in legal action and the termination of any agreements or permissions granted for the use of AnalytiChem Holding GmbH intellectual property.
