We’re excited to share that after bringing our microbiology ranges together under the new Redipor brand and launching innovative products under AnalytiChem, we're now entering the next phase of our journey! As part of our continued growth, we’re updating the branding of select product ranges to align with our trusted AnalytiChem name, bringing you even more consistency, innovation, and quality you can rely on. 

This change reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and a unified identity that better serves our customers and partners. 

What to expect during the transition: 

As we roll out the updated branding across our product lines, there will be a period of overlap where you may receive shipments containing both legacy and new branded products. This is due to several factors, including product shelf life, current inventory levels, and the timing of our transition.

Important details to note: 

  • The next phase of brand transition will begin in Q4, 2025
  • Products currently branded Bernd Kraft, Chem-Lab and SCP Science are in scope for transition. 
  • There will be no change to products branded Redipor, CONOSTAN or OREAS. 
  • Product part numbers, quality and specifications remain unchanged. 
  • All products, regardless of branding, meet the same high standards you've come to expect from us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are you changing the Bernd Kraft, Chem-Lab and SCP Science brands to AnalytiChem?

We are further consolidating the different brands of our chemicals portfolio (currently Bernd Kraft, Chem-Lab and SCP Science branded) under a single brand AnalytiChem. As part of our journey of becoming one company focusing on 4 industry segments with our four major brands (AnalytiChem, Redipor, Oreas and Conostan) we aim to make it easier to identify and purchase our chemicals globally. 

Are the products changing?

We do not expect any change to the product composition, technical specifications, product source or manufacturing processes as part of the re-branding initiative. There might be some changes to the product labelling or outer packaging to reflect updated branding. As part of our routine portfolio management we may discontinue products to reduce duplications, overlaps, and products requested very rarely. We will offer an alternative if one is available.

Will the Bernd Kraft, Chem-Lab and SCP Science part numbers stay the same?

Overall, for our existing products the original article codes will remain the same. In addition, a new article code (AC number) will be introduced to further streamline and simplify the portfolio and ordering process

When will shipments be starting of products with the new branded labels?

We expect the first products with new branded labels starting during Q4 2025. In the course of 8-12 months and possibly beyond you might still receive a mix of old and new branded products. This will progressively become less common as the volume of current stock is depleted and volume of newly labeled product increases. 

Are the products handled and shipped in any different way?

No, currently we do not anticipate changes to handling or shipping due to the brand consolidation. If there are changes in future, they will be communicated as necessary.

Can I still buy from your established partners/distributors?

Yes, you can continue to buy our chemicals from the current established partners and distributors. With the consolidation under the AnalytiChem product brand we will aim to even expand availability via our partner and distributor network as we develop. 

Are you discontinuing products that are currently branded Bernd Kraft, Chem-Lab or SCP Science

In most cases you will be able to keep using the same products you are familiar with. As part of our routine portfolio management we may discontinue products to reduce duplications, overlaps, and products requested very rarely. We will offer an alternative if one is available. We welcome your feedback on specific product needs and can offer custom sourcing and formats to address gaps.

Are there changes product related documentation?

The content and the technical details of our product documents are not changing. You will see changes on logos and in some cases some slight changes in lay-out

Where can I find SDS and CoA?

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis (CoA’s) will remain available on our various websites. You can also visit our corporate website and help you guide to find the correct location for downloading these documents. Click here
