AnalytiChem expands Life Sciences portfolio with veterinary molecular biology solutions from NZYtech

From August, customers across Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the UK will be able to access a new range of veterinary molecular biology products through AnalytiChem, following a distribution agreement with Portuguese biotechnology company NZYtech.

The partnership expands AnalytiChem's Life Sciences offering by introducing veterinary molecular biology solutions for animal health diagnostics, complementing our existing microbiology and culture media portfolio.

NZYtech develops and manufactures products used in molecular diagnostics workflows, including qPCR and RT-qPCR detection kits, nucleic acid extraction kits, master mixes, enzymes, controls and standards. Designed to support the detection and monitoring of infectious diseases in animals, these solutions help laboratories achieve sensitive, specific and reproducible results while maintaining efficient testing workflows.

The portfolio supports key veterinary testing applications, from DNA and RNA extraction to pathogen detection and result verification. With this partnership, our customers in laboratories will have access to ready-to-use assays for veterinary pathogens, alongside the reagents and controls required to support reliable molecular testing. Available product lines include kits for the detection of Anaplasma spp., Babesia spp., bovine viral diarrhoea virus, Ehrlichia spp., Borrelia and Leishmania.
