Filters for Sample Preparation
Often wastewater, soil, and other heterogeneous samples require filtration before AA or ICP analysis to protect sample introduction systems from clogging and to ensure the integrity of the analysis. DigiFILTERs enable the filtration of samples in a matter of seconds, enabling users to achieve repeatable sample preparation while increasing lab productivity.
The dual-headed cap is made from virgin polypropylene with low leachable metal content and is available complete with 0.45, 0.7, 1.0, or 10 µm porosity membranes. Choose from our membrane types (Teflon®, Metricel, or glass fiber) and DigiTUBE sizes (50 mL or 100 mL) to optimize your sample preparation. Reg. U.S. Patent No: 7,731,036 B2 | Reg. Filter Manifold for Increased Efficiency
The DigiFILTER manifold enables vacuum-assisted filtration of samples for increased efficiency. The assembly is available in 4- or 12-positions and can be set up in series to increase the number of samples that can be filtered simultaneously, increasing your workflow throughput.
Running a small number of samples or preparing samples in the field? DigiFILTERs can be used with a plastic syringe to process a single sample or to filter samples immediately after collection before returning to the lab.
